Franklin County Historical Society

We operate a research library with hundreds of resource books and files and thousands of surnames. We operate a museum featuring local and regional history, important sites and more.

No admission is charged, however, donations are encouraged.

Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, closed Sunday and Wednesday. Please call if traveling to be sure volunteers are available on your intended arrival date.
