Downtown Christmas Parade & Celebration

Join us for one of the most-loved Christmas celebrations around.  Every first Saturday in December, North Main Street is shut down for the festivities–stocking stuffing for the kids, Santa’s appearance at the Hale Wilkinson Carter Home before he joins the parade, caroling, thousands of Christmas lights and decorated storefronts, and a festive ambience.  Everything is free and open to the public. Stocking Stuffing from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.  Tree Lighting at 6:00 pm in front of the Historic Courthouse. Parade lineup at the Carroll County Government Complex at 6:00 pm.  Parade at 7:00 pm. 

This is the night Hillsville looks like a Hallmark Christmas movie.  You won’t want to miss it!
