The plates served each night are inspired by an imaginative take on American food. We focus on using fresh and seasonal ingredients, which often come from local farms, as well as the Blacksburg Farmers’ Market only steps away. We search out excellent cuts of meat and the best seafood. When it comes to desserts and dinner breads, we like to make our own and that always includes house-made ice creams and sorbets.
