After catering and working the festival and fair circuit for over nine years, proprietor, Jeff Boothe realized his long-term goal – to open and operate his own BBQ restaurant. In January 2015, Fat Boy’s BBQ opened it’s doors to welcome customers into this new 50s diner-style eatery in St. Paul’s historic Main Street district. Located in one of the oldest business buildings, the historic St. Paul Bank and Telephone Company building, Fat Boy’s is now the cornerstone of the town. Freshly smoked on premises pork ribs, pulled pork, chicken, wings and turkey are accompanied by a variety of homestyle sides and delicious desserts. They offer sandwiches, platters, samplers and more and it’s guaranteed you won’t leave hungry.
