We are located just outside of historic Abingdon, VA, 1/2 mile from South Holston Lake, with excellent fishing and boating opportunities and 16.5 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway. Our campground features fully equipped campsites, clean restrooms, year round camping, and on site management and security. 16 camping units: 13 single sites and 3 double sites.  All units have lantern post, fire pit, tent pad & picnic table.  Single units have an 18' x 20' corral.  Double units have a 20' x 28' corral.  All sites suitable for horse trailers. Come camp with us at Wayside Park. We have hot showers and clean flush toilets. We have over 100 electrical hookups. Handicap accessible. Water available to fill tanks and dump station provided. We are host to many musical events throughout the year....
