William P. Harris Park
Located minutes from the towns of Richlands and Honaker William P. Harris Park is located on Route 80 at Council. This park has a large community center, a swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, athletic fields, picnic shelter, a stage with bleachers, and two 100-year-old restored cabins that provide space for various group meetings.
