Welcome to The Tavern Restaurant, located in Abingdon’s oldest building, built in 1779. The building was used from its beginning as a tavern and overnight inn for stagecoach travelers. Dining at The Tavern is a long-standing tradition in Abingdon, VA. Guests experience a friendly, relaxed and informal atmosphere. Casual attire.
