LOVEwork in Blacksburg
The name of the 32’X12′ colorful perspective mural is: Loving Blacksburg. The artist Denisse Bento, incorporates natural elements found in Montgomery County and the towns. Dogwood blossoms, water, mountains, and a colorful sunset with a deer emerging from the piece, illustrates the broad biodiversity common to this region while incorporating the word LOVE within the design. Example: the antlers of the deer spread to form the “V” in Love.
