For that reason, Elderbrew is a small-batch brewery, brewing only one barrel at a time (31 gallons).
Their beer is only available in the taproom. That allows them to focus entirely on brewing consistently fantastic beer.

Monday – Tuesday: Gone Fishin’
Wednesday – Friday: 5 pm – 10 pm
Saturday: 3 pm – 10 pm
Sunday: 1 pm – 6 pm
