Floyd County Visitor Center and Chamber of Commerce
Home of Floydfest, Floyd Yoga Jam, the Friday Night Jamboree at the Floyd Country Store, Mabry Mill, Chateau Morrisette Winery, County Sales, Schoolhouse Fabrics, Wildwood Farm General Store, and Chantilly Farm; Floyd County also includes the longest stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway of any county in Virginia. Visitors will be delighted with the wealth of culture and the diversity of activities and amenities.
Our natural beauty, moderate weather, and community spirit make Floyd County a mecca for artists, musicians, photographers and writers. Our convenience to I-81, Virginia Tech and Roanoke make us the ideal home for small industry, entrepreneurs, families and retirees.
Visitors to Floyd are welcome to come to the Floyd Visitor Center for our Visitor Guide and other information and brochures on local businesses, farms, attractions, and outdoor activities including a self- guided historic walking tour of the Town of Floyd.
The Visitor Center is a partnership between the chamber and Floyd Tourism Office. At the Chamber we love cultivating and showcasing our rural uniqueness.
The Visitor Center is typically open seven days a week.
