This historic farmhouse on Elk Creek, (circa 1890), is on an active beef cattle farm. Elk Creek runs through the property and it is centrally located to the outdoor recreation of Grayson County. The home is convenient to the New River Trail, The New River and the Jefferson National Forest.
The house has been remodeled into a duplex or it can be used as one house. It has four bedrooms, three baths, two kitchens with adjacent eating areas, two living room areas and laundry facilities. Great for large families or two to share!
