Hoot Owl Hideaway sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms with 1 bath and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and eating utensils. All bed linens are included as well. Wifi is included so you won’t have to go silent while enjoying your stay. How about s’mores and stories around the campfire? There’s a firepit and picnic table just waiting for you!

Do you like to fish? There’s a catfish pond on the property so don’t forget to bring your poles. 

And if you’re an ATV enthusiast, we’ve got direct access to Spearhead Trails Coal Canyon Trail system via short private trail! Hoot Owl is conveniently located 1/2 mile from the town limits of ATV-friendly Grundy, Virginia. It’s a short ATV ride to the Coal Canyon Trailhead and Southern Gap Outdoor Adventure Visitors Center. Trailer parking is available on our property.
