Woodmont Writers Enclave is an intensive seven-day course, held three times a year that will challenge and stretch anyone who aspires to be a writer.
The Woodmont Writers Enclave is held at Professor David P. Bridges’ farm in Callaway Virginia. The course includes professional writing instruction, the support of other students and the magnificent experience that is Woodmont of Virginia, set in the Appalachian Mountains.
Professor David Bridges leads Woodmont Writers Enclave and is its chief instructor. After a career in Presbyterian ministry, David decided to devote his time to writing and teaching. He designed the Writers Enclave curriculum to give students practical and actionable writing tools and techniques that will provide a framework for writing a novel. David hosts The Writers Enclave only three times during the year, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
